Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and to the HealthGo platform, provided by iarani, Inc. (“HealthGo”, “we”, “us”). By using either, you agree to them. If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence wherever the two differ.

1. The service

HealthGo provides tools for recording patient visits, medicines, referrals and education sessions, and for reporting and analysing that information. Accounts are issued to the staff of our partner organisations; the organisation decides who has access and to which projects.

2. Clinical responsibility

HealthGo supports clinical work; it does not replace clinical judgement. Abnormal-value alerts, clinical bands and ICD-10 code suggestions are aids, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Diagnosis, treatment and referral decisions remain with the qualified professional caring for the patient, and no code is saved to a visit unless a clinician accepts it.

3. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and do not share your account.
  • Look only at the records you need for your work and are authorised to see.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@healthgoapp.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use HealthGo for anything unlawful, or to harm patients or other users;
  • enter information you have no right to record, or that is knowingly false;
  • probe, scan or test the platform's security, or try to reach data or accounts that are not yours;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell any part of the platform, except as the law expressly allows;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.

5. Patient data

Patient records belong to the organisation that entered them. That organisation is responsible for collecting them lawfully, including obtaining any consent that is needed. We process them on its behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The HealthGo platform — its software, design, content and the HealthGo™ name — is the intellectual property of iarani, Inc. Using HealthGo does not give you ownership of it or a right to use our name or marks. Your organisation keeps all rights in the data it enters.

7. Website content

The impact figures on this site are calculated from records on the platform and are refreshed periodically, so they will change. Product screenshots are mockups with illustrative figures. Website content is provided for information and may be updated or removed at any time.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep HealthGo available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or retire features as the platform develops, and will give partners reasonable notice of changes that materially affect them.

9. Disclaimer

Except as set out in a signed agreement with your organisation, HealthGo and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of HealthGo or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms or puts the platform, its users or patients at risk. Your organisation may also remove your access at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use HealthGo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
